This is a custom built chatroom for Xanthians Online. It is pretty new, and you might notice a few glitches. On the most part, it works pretty well.

        Sometimes the chat might not connect. The chat requires Macromedia Flash Player. It may also requires that you open port 10000; meaning you'll need to tone down your security settings before you can connect to XanthChat. Because this chatroom's server is hosted from my personal computer, it may sometimes not connect just because my internet is down... So just try back the next day if it isnt working.

Controls:
        ~ Design your character using the arrow buttons, then press 'Use this Character'
        ~ Click anywhere on the Chat Room carpet to make your character walk to that spot
        ~ Type /emote name into the chat input to perform an emote
        ~ Hold click and drag the purple symbols to move your chat text area
        ~ Click on 'client list' to get a list of Xanthians in the Chatroom
        ~ Click 'text mode' if you would like to copy and paste text instead of moving your character

Emotes:

	/buzz		sends a very loud and annoying noise through the room
	/hello [name]		say a greeting or give a wave to a friend or noone in particular.
	/sit		sits your character down
	/lay		lays your character down
	/hug [name]		hugs whatever you write in the [name] field
	/dance		sends your character into a dancing trance
	/laugh		makes your character break into laughter
	/slap [name]		slaps a friend, or if you dont enter a name, yourself!
	/angry		puts your character in a rather grumpy mood
	/handstand		Gal characters can do a shaky handstand, but the male characters wont even attempt it, so dont try!
	/flex		Guys can show their toon's muscles with this command, but its for male characters only!
	/setsail		Embarks all chatters onto a ship
	/landho		Returns all chatters back into the default room
	/away		Label yourself as 'away'
	/idle		Label yourself as 'idle'
	/back		Label yourself as 'chatting'

~ MAP OPTIONS: Begun adding some map stuff. It is just in emote format at the moment, so people who join the chat late will not see the new map. There are only two maps, a ship and the chatroom. Type /setsail or /landho for each ~ ADDED EMOTES: /thanks, /hello, /welcome, /wave, /hi, ect (other misc greetings)

~ MALE HAIR OPTIONS: You now have 4 new hair options to choose from for males, and 3 new facial hair options ~ SPEED OPTIMIZATION: Reflex lag has been eliminated ~ NAME HIGHLIGHT: Clients name is highlighted in red

~ AUTO FOCUS: The chat window will jump to the front of an idle clients windows if someone messages them. ~ STATUS: Clients can now toggle their status from /away, /back, and /idle

~ CUSTOMIZATION MODIFICATION: You can now leave the chat and select a different avatar on return ~ AUTO LOCATE: The server now remembers where each character is standing- It will place each character when you enter the room, so you no longer have to wait for everyone to move to be seen

~ PANNING: The room is now bigger than your screen, and you can move the character around it- The camera will follow your character. ~ FURNITURE: You will now find furniture in the chatroom.

~ CHARACTER NAMES: Hovor over your character, or another Xanthian's character to reveal their name ~ CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION: You can now customize your character at the starting screen using the arrows to change your characters look. Click on 'Use this Character' to start chatting.
